Our Fully Inclusive Fees
Fees outlined below are for a first stage of research. They are fully inclusive, except where special ‘On-location’ Research is requested and pre-paid funds will not be enough to cover expenses. In such circumstances a top-up charge may be requested to cover additional costs. (Such charges will always be discussed and finalised in advance.)
If you wish us to extend any commission into a further stage of research, then we will discuss with you the full range of research possibilities that have arisen from our first stage of research and price them accordingly.
Payment in Instalments
It is possible for UK clients to pay in instalments.
However, any outcome of our research – any written report or part thereof, notes, accompanying documents, photocopies, photographs, family tree, etc – will only be provided by us after all instalments have been paid in full.

Our superior all-inclusive Family Tree research package. Additional key indexes and documents are researched. Analysis can reflect the greater scope of research, and provide valuable extra focus and depth.
Further family members may be added to the expanding family tree.

NOTE: A Mini Project is half the size of a Major Project. If you want advice as to which level of Customised Research would best suit your needs, you can get in touch with us by using our special Contact Form. Free Travel
Fees for the services above include:
- free travel to and from those London repositories listed on our Home Page, when carrying out any first stage of research
- free travelling time, whatever the destination within the UK and Ireland.
When payment is due and how it is made
Payment is required prior to the start of each stage of research.
A single payment in GBP (pounds sterling) should be made either by cheque (UK clients only) or sterling International Money Transfer (overseas clients). It should be made out to Ancestors Regained.
UK clients who choose to pay monthly in three equal instalments, following an initial deposit by sterling cheque, will need to do so by Standing Order. (We will provide you with the necessary Standing Order details once we have received your deposit.)
